Nick Marsh is a director of NEXT Corporation, which is based in Auckland with an office in Melbourne. They focus on breakthroughs in foresight, strategy and innovation- for corporate clients. They also have an extensive practice with city governments and small countries in competitive citi-state innovation and urban planning.Nick has recently published 'Strategic Foresight- The Power of Standing in the Future' which presents a new approach to the engagement of all employees in strategy and new thinking.  His previous books on management  were 'Theory K- Key to Excellence', and 'All Star Company - People, Performance and Profit'.
